 REMINDER

Reminder
  • There are many different types of mental illnesses, so different people are affected differently. Even if two people share the same mental health condition, they don't necessarily experience it in the same way. So be mindful of how you treat others or yourself.
  • Spreading awareness of mental illnesses is great, but romanticizing mental illnesses or making it a 'trend' is harmful to those actually suffering from mental illnesses.
  • Even if someone doesn't self-harm or show any typically extreme signs of mental illnesses, their mental health still shouldn't be invalidated or dismissed as a charade for attention.
